We are looking for a passionate and experienced CNC Operator to join our Production Team. Your precision, technical expertise, and attention to detail help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

Position: CNC Laser Operator

Location: 2168 Springfield Road (no bus routes)

Role Type: Full-time, Evening Shift: Monday – Friday, 3pm-11pm

Wage: $21.50 - $27.50 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, set up, and maintain CNC lasers and tube bending machines.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct inspections and use measurement tools to verify product quality.
• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and make minor repairs.
• Manage inventory of tools and materials to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and optimize workflows.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, following all safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating CNC laser machinery.
• Strong technical skills, including reading blueprints and adjusting machine settings.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and measurement tools.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
