We are looking for a reliable and driven Production Supervisor to join our Leadership Team. In this role, you’ll lead and develop a team of production employees, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met while delivering products on time to our customers.

Position: Production Supervisor
Location: 2168 Springfield Road (no bus routes)
Role Type: Full-time, Evening Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Starting Wage: Based on experience

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing production team, ensuring training and development needs are met.
  • Conduct Development and Value Discussions (DVDs), providing feedback, setting goals, and addressing performance concerns.
  • Monitor production dashboards and metrics to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery targets are achieved.
  • Identify and eliminate obstacles to maintain 100% on-time delivery (OTD) for both internal and external customers.
  • Implement structured workflows, optimizing resources to increase team efficiency.
  • Lead and support LEAN initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, and strengthen workflows.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to resolve issues quickly and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a strong safety culture by enforcing PPE use, participating in audits, and supporting 5S sustainability practices.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment (supervisory experience preferred).
  • Strong people-leadership skills: able to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
  • Knowledge of production workflows, quality control, and efficiency metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems, make decisions, and adapt to challenges quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster teamwork across departments.
  • Safety-focused mindset with experience promoting safe work practices.
